Each location is open five days per week. We know that your time is as valuable as ours and we work hard to see patients at their scheduled appointment time. If you cannot keep an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If you will be unavoidably late for your appointment, please call us and let us know.
Our physicians are on staff at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center as well as South Strand Ambulatory Hospital in Myrtle Beach, SC; Marion County Medical Center in Marion, SC and Brunswick Community Hospital in Supply, NC.

BILLING & INSURANCE
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. This would include participating insurance co-payments or payments towards satisfying a deductible. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Carolina Health Specialists participates with many insurance companies including Medicare, BCBS, SC State Health Plan, NC and SC Medicaid, Cigna, Blue Choice, Carolina Care Plan, MedCost, CCNI First Health/Coventry, Beech Street, Premier, and Tricare. We will be happy to bill your insurance directly if we are a participating provider with your insurance plan.
